MY HOOVER CLASSICA DRUM IS NOT TURNING OR SPINNING?

The belt may have broken,you will have to remove the rear panel to check.If belt ok may be a motor problem,possibly the carbon brushes in the motor.If belt ok try running machine on spin prog with an empty drum,if brushes are worn and drum turns, observe motor if you see lots of sparking from motor this confirms carbon brushes need replacing.
