Where are the Model & type nums on the Briggs & Stratton Classic 35 mower?
I am trying to replace a part that has broken on my Briggs & Stratton Classic 35 lawn mower. I went to the official web site but in order to view the parts list you have to enter the model & type number. I cannot see these on the mower and the diagrams of engines they have on their site do not help.
IF IT IS ENGINE MODEL AND TYPE THEY CAN BE FOUND ON THE ENGINE COWLING YOU MAY NEED TO REMOVE IT FROM THE MACHINE THEY WILL BE STAMPED ON THE OUTSIDE FOR DEFINATE A WIRE BRUSH SHOULD BRING UP THE NUMBERS YOU REQUIRE.
