how do I take the power wand apart of an electrolux vacuum?

IF YOU JUST WANT TO TAKE THE TWO SECTIONS APART, DISCONNECT THE PLUG ON THE SHEATH, PUSH THE ARROW YOU'LL SEE IN FRONT NEAR THE BOTTOM POINTING DOWN,PUSH IT AND PULL THE TWO PIECES APART.
IF YOU WANT TO DISASSEMBLE THE PLASTIC PART OF THE SHEATH, JUST ABOVE THE HANGING HOOK AND BELOW THE THUMB BUTTON THAT DISCONNECTS THE WAND FROM THE HOSE, THERE'S A CLIP. PULL IT OUT A BIT AND PULL THE METAL SECTION UP AND OUT.
