Mend Sony SCPH-30000 Green Red Light Power

Ps2 wont turn on?

My Ps2 is on standby and when i press the reset button it flashes greean for 1 second then goes back to red. what should i do?

Get the power supply replaced. Sounds like the power transistor is leaky on the board. There pretty inexpensive nowadays just go onto an internat auction site and get a faulty ps2 with say a lens error and get the part out of that :)
