Mend Flush Water Cistern

Dual flush toilet not flushing?

I have a dual flush toilet that has been flushed but no water is returning to it. How do I remove the top of the cistern to find the fault.

you have a stuck or faulty float valve.

the two buttons on the top come out or sometimes you unscrew the chrome outer ring.
