Mend Bellavista Cistern Flush Toilet

Hidden cistern?

Hi I have a hidden cistern The name on the toilet is bellavista. The plate on the wall has no visible screws to enable you to get it off .it has 2 flush press buttons. The toilet flushes but the water doesn't stop. After pressing the flush 3 or 4 times it stops.
Any ideas. ? The thing was fitted by Dolphin just before they went bust!!!

If I recall correctly, the front is removed by pushing up from the bottom while pulling out at the top.

It may well be the valve inside the cistern that is the problem, however, not the buttons.

Have the instalers given you any way to access the cistern itself for maintenance?
