My tv isnt getting any power The fuse seems ok?

I have a jvc 31 inch there is no power no lights I opened and checked the fuse it seemed ok .It was on and then suddenly shut off and never came back on.

I might have the same problem, I took my RCA tv in and they said something about a circuit that TV's have to run some things on them, my circuit is called Gemstar 4, i don't know if you still have your tv, but tv repair shops will fix it for about 85 dollars
