I have a Candy Sprint 1200 washing machine?

I have a Candy Sprint 1200 washing machine. It won't spin on any wash setting. I can hear the motor within the machine. Everything else works fine, I have cleaned the filter and the machine is balanced properly and hasn't been overloaded. Does anyone have any ideas?! Thank you.
