Mend Craftsman 917.271420 Mowing Mower

Electric Clutch will not engage on my craftsman garden tractor?

Today after mowing for about a hour my mower quit cutting. After checking i found that the blades were not turning. Everything was loose, the blades, belts, everything turned. but there was no power from the clutch. This is a 22 H.P. Kohler with a 46 inch cutting deck. any help will be greatly appricated.

Look at your throw out pedal. It is a springloaded release when pushed in relaxing the tension from your drive. The belt may have jumped off or your mechanizine need repair. Simple if you have your owners' manual.
