how can i fix a runtime error 5?

everytime i boot my pc i get a runtime error '5" invalid procedure call or argument. All that comes up is my wallpaper. How can I fix this? Thanks.

you most proberly have installed something and files are missing and it loads at startup try disabling everything from loading up like msn,aim(and such programs) and try it again
