Mend Craftsman 12" Spare Parts Working

If a part is missing, were can I get the spare part to fix it?

I would like to see the craftsman electric trimmer parts, mine is not working well I " feel" something is missing on the part were the cord goes. Thank you.
It is old and the descriptions I saw in a almost faded label it has is

Craftsman Craftsman 12"Garden Tools, Grass Trimmers Spare Parts Working

With Craftsman models, you'll have to go to or thru Sears. Sears basically owns all selling rights to the whole Craftsman line. *shrug* I've done searches and inquiries with plenty of places and everyone told me the same thing. Hope this helps some.
