How do I remove the door seal on my Hoover H130E?

you might be better to lay appliance on its side, and remove hose that comes from the bottom of the tub assy,

you can then put a coat hanger etc in to remove bra wire...

removing the seal on this appliance can be tricky, and best avoided if poss.. and most of the time removing seal doesnt get you very far, unless you can see the bra wire
