Mend Indesit Load Drum Wash Cycle

Why wont the Fabric Softener load on my Indesit WD10?

The liquid Fabric softener is not moving into the drum on a wash cycle, it stays in the drawer? What can I do to resolve this?

mike pull out the draw and remove the plastic cover over the conditioner container and see if the tube the conditioner goes down is blocked
