Jones D-65 Sewing Machine?

Hello Tricia,
If memory serves me the D65 is a straight stitch cast iron machine but correct me if I am wrong.
From the cotton reel take the thread to the left over the top cotton guide, take the thread straight down to the tension discs and pass the thread round the discs clockwise, make sure the presser foot is up and the takeup lever is in the up position, take the thread up to the takeup lever and put the thread through the hole right to left, take the thread straight down through the guide and down to the needle and if I remember this model threads through the needle right to left, if it does not pick the bobbin thread up then put the thread left to right through the needle, any problems you can e-mail me.
