how can I fix the back cotton guide on my cub 7.model 370. ?

The cotton guide on the back of my sewing machine has come to pieces.There are 2 silver circular thingys and a funny shaped part.There is also a screw jutting out from the inside which is where I think these parts fell from .I t is Frister + Rossman cub 7.model 370 .make 0004296

Hello Jean,
You need to get inside the machine because if a screw has come out there may be a small part left inside, the top should come off on that machine.
