my bissell carpet cleaner will not spray or suck up water

I found that when my bissell Proheat would not suck up water, it was the LINT Filter on the top cover that had gotten clogged up. Even though it didn't look dirty, I cleaned it under the jet of running water and a brush.

After I put it back, it sucked up water like it was NEW again :)
