Suction seems fine but will not spray the solution when the trigger is pulled.

I don't have an answer ... I am having the same problem. I believe there is hard water buildup in the sprayer, but I can't seem to clean it out. Have you found a solution to your problem? I have been trying to spray vinegar through the water line to descale the buildup... this has worked before.
