Mend Diplomat ADP 8234 Dishwasher Heating Thermostat

how can i fix my diplomat dishawsher ADP 8234 ?

not heating.
switching on the relay driver transistor the heater turns on but does not do so automatically,what is the dc resistance of the front
thermostat, could this be iinvolved?
