Flavel DWFA20S Dishwasher not heating water?

I have a Flavel DWFA20S Dishwasher, and its not heating water, heating element was replaced but problem still remains, I'm hearing a bunch of different things could be faulty from thermostat to circuit board,please could someone point me in right direction-Thanks
