Mend Kenmore 80 series Dryer Belt

How can I remove top of kenmore 80 series dryer?

My daughter said her Kenmore 80 dryer still heats up, there is no noise but the drum does not turn. How do I remove the clips on the back to remove top of dryer to check inside? I thought the belt might be the problem. Can use all the help I can get. She doesn't have the manual.
