How can i fix my puma combi boiler?

The pilot light does not come on I have no central heating or hot water. We have checked the water system and its fine.

Is this a permenant pilot boiler or the electronic version?
if it is the pilot version do you have a gas supply to your boiler?
ie card meter run out of gas etc
