How can I fix my English Electric washing machine?

My English Electric washine machine EE100A will not spin and empty water. The program stills goes around and the water fills and washes the clothes but it will not spin fast and empty the water. There dosn't seem to be access to a water filter that I can see. Does anyone know how to get to the water filter so that I can clean it? Could it be something else other than the filter? Any help will be much appreciated. Many thanks.
