Mend LG Intellowasher Washing Machine Error Code Drainage

How can I fix my LG intellowasher. Error says Oe. ?

The error came up half way through wash cycle and it wouldn't spin. I had to empty the drum by the little pipe at the filter. I have checked the filter and the hose outlet. I also checked if the hose was kinked but it wasn't. I tried it again but the same error came up and the washing is still in there and won't spin.
