I had the same issue and fater 5 enginner visits the last one decided to check the filter (which is not accessible by the user - how stupid is that). Turned out it was blocked with a plastic bag (obviously left in a pocket) and was causing the water not to empty properly. May be worth getting it checked.

thanks for the suggestion. Already done that, but still leaking at the end of the rinse cycle before it starts to spin.

Tried to remove the top of the unit to get access, but cannot release the front without potential damage. How can I release it?

Tried to access your site and got to the Forum, but it lead to an empty page ........

hi clean out the part of the draw that has the conditioner in it these get blocked
