My hotpoint ultima supersilent washer/dryer has started leaking?

My hotpoint ultima supersilent washer/dryer has started leaking from the door and from the detergent tray. It is only 14 months old. There is no sign of a tear in the door seal. My previous machines have always had a fluff filter which needed to be cleaned every couple of weeks. This doesn't appear to have one. Where does the fluff go, and is this the reason for the leak? It has been so bad the last 2 days that I cannot use it and will have to get an engineer out soon. Please help. Geraldine
