Mend Medion MD7475AC Monitor Display Settings

can anybody help to fix my medion monitor????

how can i stop my monitor from auto adjusting. when i turn my pc on it always adjusts wrong and the start button and clock r never on screen? the model number is MD7475AC

i've tried everything i can think of. Thanks :)
