Mend Maytag MDE7600AYW Dryer Felt Seal

Maytag Atlantis Dryer Mod no. MDE7600AYW?

How do I reinstall the felt tumbler seal ? It came loose and I'm not sure how to keep it held it place while I put the front on it. I'm not sure if it goes on the tub or the front because it came out in the load of clothes. Thanks for any help !
