The main belt is broken. I want to fix myself. It is a whirlpool gas dryer Model # LGR7646JQ1.

Hello,

Start by removing the two screws inside the lint filter door. Then pop the top panel up. Inside the front panel should be two screws toward the top, remove them and lift panel off. This will give you the access you need to change the belt.
