How can I fix the hesitation in my 1991 Doge Caravan, 3.3L?

My 1991 Dodge Grand Caravan, 3.3L engine has developed a hesitation problem after it goes about 1/2 mile. When it is cold it is fine. I've replace coil pack, plugs, wires, cam shaft sensor, and fuel filter. It is idling rough.
