Mend HP Scanner Printer Computer

comp wont run scanner or digital camera?

H/p all in 1 scanner/printer - worked fine til about 4 months ago. wont scan. hooked up new scanner - comp doesnt recognize it. Bought a digital camera - same problem. Computer says it doesnt exist. Running Dell with XP os. I've tried all i know including advice from computer 'smart' friends. Any help ??

Perhaps your USB hub or drivers are corrupt. Uninstall your USB in your system settings and look for new hardware afterwards.
