What is the error message that you get?

If it's about a missing or corrupt file, you should start by going back to a previous restore point.

You can then look to see if you have another copy on your system.
There are at least 3 copies of framedyn.dll on a normal installation:
..\windows\system32\wbem
..\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386
..\windows\system32\dllcache

The first instance is the working copy.

Copy the second or third to the first location.

Next, a google search for framedyn.dll got me this link: (available in several languages)

A similar search may work for taskkill.exe

You have copies of taskkill.exe in those locations:
..\windows\system32\
..\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386
..\windows\system32\dllcache
Once again, the working copy is the first.

If that don't work, you should prepare yourself to reinstall windows.

taskkill.exe is a task terminator used to kill a stuck or unresponsive process. Some process may call it on exit. It's also called to terminate a task after an error.
