HOOVER 5030D DRYER WONT START?

WHEN THE DRYER IS TURNED ON THE MOTOR DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO START ROTATING THE DRUM. THE DRUM IS FREE FROM STICKING. THE BELT AND TENSION SEEM OK.

I just had my 5030D fixed for the same thing, it would not start with a load. It was a capacitor. Fixed for $66.00AUS
