Hi, I now have the same problem. It will not drain or spin, and I have washing inside, and it is filled with water. I cannot open the door. Did you manage to get an instruction manual or fault finder ? Would be very appreciative if you could pass on a copy ?????

Hi there,

did you get an instruction manual ? I need one now.

I am having a problem with th emachine being dead.

I tried to tweak the door locker ... and it worked once. Its gone dead again. :(

Can anyone help
