How can i get rid of condensation in a factory?

We have a factory, and there is a lot of condensation dripping from the ceiling how do i get rid of it

have you tried wrapping the pipes with insulation? or is it leaking because of a faulty roof? if it's the roof tar and a mop could fix the problem for cheap!
