How can I fix my GE rear projection TV, Model 52gw947, manfact.july 1999?

My tv has a problem with the colors not lining up. So it looks shadowed on the screen. Also it seems "bowed" towards the middle. It is a GE rear projection, 52gw947, made in july 1999.
