Add a couple of gallons to the tank to begin with (a 5 litre can just isn't enough). Fuel filter located on the right of the bulkhead (as you face it). on the top left there is a plastic valve, unscrew it 2 turns. Pump up the fuel using the button on the center of the filter head until the fuel runs clear (no more air bubbles). the engine should start after about 10 seconds turning. If not, repeat the pumping process.
