Mend Candy Tumble Dryer Filter

How do i fix my candy tumble dryer?

My dryer has stopped working...the clean filter light keeps coming on even though filter is clean and there is no visible blockage...i have taken the filter out and thoroughly cleaned it, checked the back of it and all is fine with that but the machine still does not go.

This might not be relevant but if it's a condensor dryer the filter care light will also come on if the condensor until needs cleaning.
