Mend Hitachi C32wd2tn Tv Repair

How can I fix Hitachi 32" widescreen TV?

The television is a 32" hitachi standard tv (Not flat, LCD or plasma) tinhk the model is C32wd2tn

The tv geos on standby fine but when you try and turn on with the remote it makes a fizzing noise for a couple of seconds and then goes back to standby again.

Also could be dry joints on one of the regulator IC's
Cant remember the cct ref but its the one close to the middle right of the main board. Sometimes difficult to see the connections as the plastic support frame for the main board obscures.

problem on the b+ line (LOPTX probably) probably. get it to a tech as this is hazardous for you.
