lol calm down mate,just put a screwdriver between the pads and prise them apart they should just push back out,if they dont then the brake needs to be stripped apart and the pistons taken out and the seals taken out and the gaps where the seals sit cleaned out and then put back together making sure all the parts are clean and then bled.but i expect it wont need that doing if the brake was not sticking on before you pulled the brake in.as i say just push a screwdriver between the pads and twist it to push the pistons back into the caliper ok.
