ADAM HELP PLEASE?

first thing take the exhaust of and look down the front pipe to see if there is a restricter in there if there is get it out should do the 65 then if not more and will make pull a lot better, next look at the carb there will be a couple screws look for the biggest 1 turn it out a quarter at a time then try to see if it will idle try and remember how many turns u do so u can reset if need b, have a look at your air filter as well it might b blocked also give it a service this might help.
