Mend Baxi Bahama 100 Heating Leaking

Baxi Bahama 100 Air Vent leaking?

My nasty old Baxi (which I have replaced many parts on) is leaking water from the auto air vent on the top. Do I just need to drain down the hot water side of it and refill to correct this or is it something more sinister?

had this problem recently. Rubber sealing washer had rotted through. Replaced it easily with a new one from Band Q. had to use an adapter (also b and q) to make sure it fitted back in place. Working well now. System up and running well - no leaks
