Mend Time Screen Turn

Why wont my computer boot up first time?

why won't my computer boot up. It gets to the welcome screen and then locks up. At this point I have to turn it off and on again for it to work ok.

Something is causing the computer to freeze. Most likely it is a virus try purchasing a virus scanner and removing any viruses.

If it is not a virus some software is causing an issue at startup.
Go to -Start- then -Run- type "msconfig" click the -startup- tab and try to find what is causing the problem.

If that isn't it your operating system is corrupt try reinstalling the computer.
