How can I fix my Zanussi WJS 1397W washer dryer?

The machine is being used as a 'cold fill' machine and recently it only heats the water on programes A & N. I have replaced the timer without any change. Does anyone have the answer to this problem? Alternately can anyone tell me where I can obtain a wiring diagram or service manual for this machine
