Mend Zanussi Washer-dryer Error Code Filter

zanussi washer-dryer not drying?

all apears to be working ok, drum turning,(going through program very quickly) but drier not heating up. cleaned out filter at front which was quite blocked. still no heat. Pressed front buttons to reveal error code E72. what might this indicate ?
