i have a hoover ac110 that fills up but will not wash?

first check that the drive belt on the back of the drum is not broken or slipped off?
If its slipped off, put belt over the motor spline first and ease on to the drum. watch your fingers!rotate the drum to do this by hand. Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the mains elec supply first!
You will need to get to the rear of the machine by removing its access panel ( a few self tap type screws ).
Its worth doing this b4 calling an engineer.
