how can iget the water hot on a jaguar boiler 24ktvj15?

jaguar 24ktvj15 the dhw does not get hot when i turn the tap on and the boiler does not ignite

I am not a plumber but recently had the same problem. Apparently a diaphragm that responds to the change in pressure when your tap comes on and switchs the boiler on had failed. I think the new component costs around £70
