surpteen belt?

I have had the belt put on 3 times, can't make it stop making noise. It took out the A/C 3 times. Plymouth Voager Van 1998

I had the same thing on mine ...1996 voyager
it was a idiler pulley and keep running the belt off pulleys

check the belt tensioner - it's a spring loaded device. also add a few drops of brake fluid to the belt - don't soak it - just a few drops. the brake fluid breaks up the glaze that's causing the squeak
