Mend Plymouth Voyager Locked Unlock Key

Sliding door will not open, seems to be locked. won't unlock with key?

Sliding door won't open, seems locked though the lock makes noise like it is locking and unlocking (it worked intermittently until this time when just won't open.

try diconnecting the cable on the inside handle worked for me

Sounds like my Mazda E2000. The rubber seal sticks amazingly well. I usually just pull, but a squirt with soapy water from inside might be smarter. Then maybe apply talcum powder or chalk ?or polish/silicone ?
