how can i fix my hotpoint WM54?

"Somebody" my 3 year old daughter stood on the door of my washer which then led one of the plastic nail kind of things near the hinges of the door to break (sorry dont know thier names). I am trying to find out where i can get a replacement from or even if i can get a replacementi am also worried that if i cant get it fixed then i'm going to have to buy another one because the insurence garentee has also finished
