Mend Mira Control Panel Bottom

shower hose won't unscrew from shower control panel?

Have a mira shower control on bathroom wall. Shower hose connects from bottom of this and used to unscrew. It is now jammed tight. Have tried lime scale remover but it won't budge. Any ideas>

Gently tap the nut around as much as you can then use pliers on it ( use a piece of thin rubber sheet between the nut and pliers if you want to avoid scraping the chrome off)
